Rivulon, Gilbert, Arizona Development, Underway

Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI) has assembled 235 acres at the corner of Gilbert Road & AX 202 for an exceptional new mixed-use development called Rivulon. The development will include opportunities for office, retail and residential. Current plans focus on high-end, Class A office space with retail integrated throughout to serve office tenants and nearby residents. Construction on this project is scheduled to begin in late 2008.
