Arena Grand Movie Theatre, Columbus, Ohio

A 1,600 seat, eight-screen movie theatre with balcony seating, a bistro with full bar and attached parking garage. 


 

Crowne Plaza Hotel, Columbus, Ohio

This full-service hotel property is located in downtown Columbus adjacent to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Arena District. NRI acquired the site in 1997 and added 99 rooms for a total of 377 guestrooms.

Home to the National Hockey League's (NHL) Columbus Blue Jackets, this $155 million, 20,000 seat arena offers world class sports and entertainment. In 2005, ESPN Magazine voted Nationwide Arena the best fan experience of all major sports venues in the country. Nationwide Arena is located in the center of the Arena District, a 75 acre mixed-use development in downtown Columbus.

 

 

North Pointe Conference Center, Columbus, Ohio

A hotel and conference center located outside Columbus, Ohio. The complex offers a total of 120 guest rooms, a 6,000 square foot ballroom, and 7,000 square feet of meeting space. 

 

 

The Lofts Hotel, Columbus, Ohio

A 44 room boutique hotel developed and owned by NRI. Originally built in 1882, NRI transformed the historic Carr building into a hotel in 1997. The hotel features exposed brick, wood beam and floor-to-ceiling windows.
