Hall of Fame Grill set to open Sept. 1 in Grandview Yard

This 90-acre, mixed-use development near downtown Columbus is located on the site of the former Big Bear stores headquarters and warehouse. When finished this $500 million joint venture between NRI and Capital Square, Ltd. will total 1.5-2 million square feet of commercial office space including Class A commercial office, retail and 600-800 residential units.

- Phase I will feature a three-story 92,000-square foot retail/restaurant/office building featuring such tenants as M+A Architects and Jason's Deli
