Grandview Yard is a new 90-acre mixed use development located at the intersection of Olentangy River Road and Goodale Boulevard in Grandview Heights, Ohio with easy highway access from State Route 315 and I-670. When complete this $500 million joint venture between NRI and Capital Square, Ltd. will include 1.5 - 2 million square feet of commercial space with supporting parking, pedestrian-friendly walkways, great shopping, dining and entertainment. Grandview Yard will also include more than 600 residential units, conveniently located close to amenities such as coffee shops, restaurants, retail stores and useable green space.
