The Cavasson East office building is anchored by Nationwide Insurance. Heavily landscaped sidewalks and green spaces, an abundance of glass, and transitional indoor/outdoor spaces connect the buildings to the surrounding environment and nearby retail and restaurant amenities.
Choice Hotels Technology Headquarters
Choice Hotel's technology division occupies a new five-story, 150,000 square-foot building with a spacious patio and top-floor balcony space. The building is located at the northeast corner of Claret Drive and Loop 101, with ample parking in an adjacent six-story parking structure.
Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson
The 237-room state-of-the-art, full-service hotel will feature six-stories of elegantly appointed guest rooms, resort-style amenities and a sophisticated event space. Standout features include rooftop executive lounges, a bar overlooking the McDowell Mountains, amd luxurious resort-style outdoor swimming pool.
