A law firm, real estate company for senior housing and a shaving products company are among those moving, or planning to move, into office space in Grandview Yard.

Nationwide Realty Investors announced Oct. 28, that it has secured nearly 150,000 square feet of new office leases this year alone.

Two buildings in the massive development on the city’s east side, 955 and 995 Yard Street, were converted in 2024 to multi-tenant and feature an onsite café, Starbucks, fitness center, and shared conference facility. Since then, 16 leases have been signed, totaling nearly 200,000 square feet — about 80% of their leasing capacity, according to NRI.

The latest major brand joining the project is Perio, Inc., maker of Barbasol shaving products, which will occupy nearly 8,000 square feet at 995 Yard Street in early 2026.

“Grandview Yard continues to attract best in class companies that value quality, location and convenience,” said Brian J. Ellis, NRI president. “The combination of flexible office space, walkable amenities and strong infrastructure makes this an ideal environment for today’s workforce.”
