NRI signs new Arena District tenant

COLUMBUS — Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI) announced today that Colliers Turley Martin Tucker Co. will establish its Columbus-based office in the Arena District.

The commercial real estate brokerage firm, an affiliate of Colliers International, will occupy 9,750 square feet on the second floor at 325 John H. McConnell Boulevard starting in May.

In addition, two existing tenants are expanding their presence in the Arena District.

Buckingham Doolittle Burroughs, LLP, a law firm currently occupying 21,000 square feet at 191 West Nationwide Boulevard, is leasing an additional 7,770 square feet of office space.

Diamond Hill Investments is relocation their offices within the Arena District. The office is currently located at 375 North Front Street and will more to the second floor of 325 John H. McConnell Boulevard to occupy 10,800 square feet of office space, leasing an additional 2,200 square feet of space.

The Arena District is a $600 million, 75-acre mixed-use development that includes more than 1.3 million square feet of offices, restaurants, entertainment and housing. The Arena District is being developed by NRI. NRI is the development arm of Nationwide and owns more than $1 billion in real estate investments directly and through joint ventures.
