Nationwide Realty Investors continues to tweak the lineup of Grandview Yard, announcing plans for a new 13,000 square foot clubhouse for residents of the rapidly expanding mixed-use development.
The clubhouse—to be called the Yard Club—will sit on the north side of Baldwin Avenue, across from the parking garage for the 800 Yard Street office building and adjacent to the recently announced Brooks building, a four-story, 166-unit apartment building. It will feature a pool and spa, a fitness center, a community room and a leasing office.
“We are very happy to be announcing this great amenity for all of our Grandview Yard residents,” said NRI President Brian Ellis in a statement. “We plan to begin construction before the end of the year and have it completed as residents begin moving into the Brooks building in summer 2016.”
The latest announcement comes as the pace of construction at the 125-acre development shows no signs of slowing—the Brooks apartment building, a Courtyard by Marriott hotel, an event center, and three new Nationwide Insurance office buildings are all currently going vertical on the site.
