Grandview Yard project to include Hyatt Place hotel

A Hyatt Place hotel, an Urban Active Fitness Center and Jason’s Deli are among the new tenants disclosed this week by Nationwide Realty Investors for its 80-acre Grandview Yard project.
Nationwide submitted a detailed site plan for the first phase of the project to Grandview City Council on Tuesday. Dublin-based M+A Architects is the first office tenant to be disclosed for phase one of the project, set to open in fall 2010 on the eastern edge of Grandview Heights. The site was formerly occupied by a Big Bear supermarket warehouse.
Nationwide announced in May that Capitol Square Ltd., the real-estate arm of The Dispatch Printing Company, publisher of The Dispatch, had taken a 20 percent stake in the Grandview Yard project.
