The 2013 Parade of Homes will be held in Jerome Village in Union County, the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio announced today.

The parade will be held June 15 – 30 in the 1,400-acre community being developed by Nationwide Realty Investors. The community, launched in late 2010, is planned to rival Muirfield Village and New Albany Co. in scale, with 2,500 homes, a town center, parks and schools.

The first occupants have just moved into Jerome Village, which now has three builders: Schottenstein Homes, Compass Homes and 3 Pillar Homes.

Builders have not been announced for next year’s parade.

This year’s Parade of Homes, in the Meadows of Lewis Center, features 12 builders. The parade ends Sunday.
