Nationwide Realty Investors announced today the first lots within Northstar Community’s Bluestem Neighborhood are now available for purchase. Nationwide Realty Investor President and COO Brian J. Ellis made the announcement.

Located on the south side of Wilson Road, the Bluestem Neighborhood features three builders—Fischer Homes, Schottenstein Homes and Rockford Homes. The first phase of sales will focus on 55 of the 114 Bluestem lots, offering beautiful golf course and wooded ravine views.

In addition, the Kenley neighborhood, site of the 2015 BIA Parade of Homes, remains active and includes 43 lots that offer a supreme location on the course.

Located in Delaware County—the fastest growing county in Ohio and the 20th fastest growing in the United States—the 1,800-acre mixed-use development will eventually include 1,300 homes and condominiums, 400-acres of commercial development, a site for elementary and middle schools, 800-acres of green space that will include parks, paths, preservation areas and the NorthStar Golf Club – an 18-hole, semi-private golf course designed by former Ohio State and PGA golfer John Cook that opened in 2007.
